Improve productivity and lifestyle

The performance-oriented society forces us to be productive all the time. Week after week, day after day and hour after hour. Many people not only have to excel at work, but also at school, university, during leisure activities or even in their private lives. The pressure to constantly function and be productive puts a strain on everyday life. This can lead to burnout, depression or even social anxiety.

Increase your physical well-being and productivity

Productivity can only be achieved if some basic needs are met. According to Masow's hierarchy of needs, physiological needs form the foundation. These are sufficient Sleep, a balanced diet and plenty of exercise.

Practical tips:

1. Get more sleep

You can only give 100 percent more if you are really well rested. At least seven hours of sleep per night. You can find tips on how to sleep better and sleep more restfully here!

2. The early bird …..

Sleeping more doesn't automatically mean sleeping longer - quite the opposite. Try to go to bed earlier and get up earlier. If you wake up early in the morning, you can have a leisurely breakfast and start the day with lots of energy.

3. Mini-breaks

Those who work around the clock are not always the most productive. Fresh thoughts and energy can only be obtained with short 5-minute breaks. Why not just drink a cup of CBD teaRelax and revitalize your body and mind with a few drops of CBD oil.

4. Relaxation

Get a massage. This helps to relax and eliminate Muscle aches .

4. The right food

You should treat yourself to small snacks every few hours - they not only fill you up, but can even help you become more productive. But don't eat chocolate bars or a whole packet of biscuits: foods with a lot of sugar make you tired and lack energy. Instead, go for so-called "brain food". These are snacks that are good for the brain, provide energy and increase performance. You can eat unsalted nuts, fruit and dark (!) chocolate without feeling guilty.

5. Nutrition/Vitamin deficiency

A healthy diet gives you a lot of energy to make your day productive. Two liters of water or unsweetened tea, sufficient carbohydrates from whole grains are the basic motto. If you feel tired and foggy, your body may not have enough essential vitamins such as vitamin D. A simple blood test is done for this. If a vitamin D deficiency is found, the symptoms can be improved by spending more time in the sun or by taking a nutritional supplement (Vitamin D3/Vitamin K2).

6. Movement

Sport and sufficient exercise not only improve the cardiovascular system, but also your mood. Sport simply makes you more efficient. Regular exercise is an important component of a healthy lifestyle.
