Delivery Information & Shipping Costs

The delivery time is 1-7 working days. All packages are sent with DHL (to addresses, DHL parcel shops and packing stations). Within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €5,95. For orders over €100, there are no shipping costs. Would you like to know where your shipment is and when it will arrive? No problem: We will send you a tracking number for every order by email. this link you can enter them and check the shipment status of your order. From Monday to Saturday, paid goods (received by 11.00 a.m.) are shipped on the same day. Holidays excluded. Transfers usually take 1-3 working days. These are added to the delivery time. If the stock for a product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by email and recommend an alternative or cancel your order.

General delivery information

The goods are delivered in accordance with the selected payment terms. The goods are dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of the full purchase price plus delivery and shipping costs. The buyer is requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to report any complaints to the seller and the carrier as soon as possible. Warranty claims remain unaffected by this. If the buyer is a consumer, the seller always bears the shipping risk regardless of the shipping method (insured or uninsured) and the shipping costs incurred. If the buyer is not a consumer, delivery and shipping are at his own risk. The goods are only delivered to the countries that are expressly stated for the individual items.
